SHIPPING:
1. Domestic: USPS First Class (13 oz. or less) 4-10 days, Priority Mail (2-3 days).
2. Made-to-order items typically take 1 - 2 weeks for completion, depending on the season and the item(s) ordered. Large orders may take longer.
3. Ready to ship items will be shipped in 3-5 business days from time of payment confirmation.
4. Tracking information available upon request. If you require insurance on your package, please contact us prior to purchase.
EXCHANGES:
Sorry, No Refunds. Exchanges may be arranged within *5 days* after you receive your item(s).
We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, please contact us WITHIN 5 BUSINESS days of receiving your order (info@chairitee.org) and we will be happy to arrange an exchange for another item and/or size.
{Items being returned for an exchange *MUST* be unused, unworn, and returned in the original packaging with tags attached. Return-shipping fees will be at the *buyers* expense.}
PLEASE OBTAIN TRACKING INFORMATION! c.HAIR.i.TEE® is not responsible for lost packages.
REASONS WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURN or EXCHANGE:
1. DAMAGE DUE TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, SUCH AS STAINS OR RIPS IN FABRIC.
2. DAMAGE OCCURRING DURING SHIPPING - Please note: c.HAIR.i.TEE® is not responsible for damaged or lost packages once they have been shipped to the buyer.
WARRANTY:
If any malfunctions occur (i.e. knot or bow comes out, fabric stretches too much) send it back to us for repair or replacement at no charge within the first 30 days. Shipping fees will be paid for by seller.
All of our pieces are designed and hand made here in the USA. All knots are tied super tight and reinforced to ensure years of enjoyment.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
1. The recycled fabrics we use have been pre-washed. All c.HAIR.i.TEE® bands are completely washable and should return to their original shape if stretched out. You may also put them in the dryer.
